Meta ads publishing guideline

Go to Promotion, select Meta on the left, and click Create at the top right to start creating some campaigns.
 
 
 

1. Select the Campaign objective

In the pop-up window, you can select from the 6 types of Campaign objective in Meta ads.

You can also switch to the 2nd tab in this pop-up, to Create new ad sets to existing campaigns.

Entering the ad creation page, you can select one ad account, or up to 10 ad accounts with the same currency.
 
 
Tips: When using XMP to create a campaign, you can click Save Template at the bottom to save the settings as a template.
 

2. Edit splitting rules

Click Edit on the right to set the split rule for this ad creation.
 
 
 
Tips: XMP supports batch creation of ads. You can create multiple campaigns or ad groups with different targeting and creative groups at one time. By editing split rules, you can freely configure your ad structure. For example: Setting targeting is split by ad group dimension, if you add 10 targeting packages, XMP will create 10 ad groups for you.
 

3.Campaign Settings

Complete the campaign settings based on your advertising needs.
 
To create an Advantage+ campaign, you need to enable Advantage+ campaign budget, Advantage+ placements, and Advantage+ audience.
 
 

4.Promotion Settings

Set the ad group name and promoted products as needed.
 
 

5.Locations Settings

Set up location groups according to your promotion needs. Click Add to add multiple location groups.
 
 
 
You can also click Batch Import to input different locations into this page according to the operation rules to automatically generate multiple locations groups.
 

6.Placement Settings

You can select Advantage+ placements or Manual placements.
 
To create an Advantage+ campaign, you need to enable Advantage campaign budget, Advantage+ placements, and Advantage+ audience.
 
 

7.Targeting Settings

Set targeting or directly add existing targeting packages according to requirements. Click Add to add multiple targeting packages. Different targeting settings will automatically generate corresponding campaigns or ad groups according to the splitting rules.
 
 
 
In addition, you can also click Save to save the frequently used targeting settings. In the future, you can click Select a Targeting Package or Add Targeting Package in Bulk to quickly use the targeting package.
 

8. Bid & Budget Settings

Set Performance goal, bids and budget.
You can add multiple setting tabs to split create, or bind specific setting objects.
 

9. Creative Settings

Complete creative settings (i.e. ad level setting) including ad names, Facebook Page, Instagram account, etc.
 

10. Creative Group Settings

Select the Creative type, then choose your creative, ad copy, call to action, promoting URL, etc. 
Click Add to add multiple creative groups.
Different creative groups will automatically generate corresponding campaigns or ad groups according to the splitting rules.
 
To set up creatives for different placements, hover over a video or image and click Edit Placement.

11. Preview & Publish

After all settings are completed, click Preview to enter the preview page. All campaigns, ad groups and creatives can be previewed here, and individual campaigns or ad groups can be opened, paused, or deleted.
 
 
After confirmation, click Publish and the creation is completed.
