1.1 Entrance: Management -> Platforms -> Add Platform
1.2 Choose “Attribution” and “AppsFlyer”. Then, choose “Postback” and input the Account Name.

1. Account names can be customized to distinguish between multiple Appsflyer accounts.
2. Data is displayed in the default UTC+0 timezone. If you need to switch the timezone, please contact your XMP operations manager for assistance.

2. To view data in XMP, it is essential to configure Postback in the AppsFlyer backend first.
3.1 Entrance: Management -> Platforms -> App Binding, and click “Select App”
3.2 Choose the app that you want to bind -> Select "AppsFlyer" -> Choose the AppsFlyer account -> Enter the package name of the Android app or the App Store ID of the iOS app (in the format of id + store ID, such as id1234566).
💡 If you see "No data" displayed after submitting, please add products first.
If you haven’t connected to a mediation platform, but want to view data such as ROAS, LTV, and revenue,you'll need to specify a revenue event by following these steps.
Without adding a specific revenue event, you won't be able to view revenue-related metrics.
4.1 Entrance: Management -> Platforms -> App Binging -> Event Manage, and click “Event Manage”
4.2 Choose AppsFlyer, and enter the revenue events of AppsFlyer need to be counted.
✍️Tips: The event names need to be the same as that on AppsFlyer
5.1 After finishing the steps above, you can view data 2~3 hours later.
5.2 Entrance: Ad Manager/Report/Traffic etc. -> Columns -> XMP
5.3 After the configuration is completed, you can only see the data after the configuration completion time
A: Due to Facebook's data privacy restrictions, device-level data cannot be reported to MMPs other than AppsFlyer. Therefore, XMP cannot view MMP data for Facebook channel iOS apps. For iOS data on Facebook, only the date, region, and product dimensions can be viewed.
A: Please confirm whether the conversion_type field is checked when configuring Postback on AppsFlyer. (More information: How to deploy postback in AppsFlyer
A: Please confirm whether revenue events have been added. See guidance in step 4 above.
A: Each app needs to be bound on XMP to view MMP data. Please confirm whether this product has completed the third step (above) on XMP.
