Solution:

1. Use a browser logged into the corresponding Meta personal account and visit the following link: facebook.com/certification/nondiscrimination.
2. Carefully read the Non-Discrimination Policy and click "Agree" to complete the certification.
3. Return to the ad task page and click the "Retry" button to continue the ad creation process.

Video Processing Not Completed

Error Message:
The video is still processing. Please wait for the video to finish processing before using it in your ad.

Solution:

1. Wait for video processing to complete:
   Due to delays in Meta's video processing system (which may be caused by API instability or a large number of materials), the video has not yet finished processing. It is recommended to wait patiently, as the system usually completes processing within a few minutes.

2. Retry manually:
   If the video is not successfully processed after a long time (e.g., more than 30 minutes), click the "Retry" button to attempt ad creation again.

Failure Reason:
This error is typically caused by temporary system issues on the Meta platform, such as system fluctuations, network delays, or other uncontrollable factors.

Solution:

1. Wait and retry:
   Wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the system returns to normal, then click the "Retry" button in the task center to re-execute the task.

2. Copy draft and republish:
   If retrying still fails, copy the ad draft in the task center, recreate the ad, and publish the task again.

This error is typically caused by the uploaded file type not meeting Meta platform requirements. Solution:

1. Check the cover file format:
   Ensure that the uploaded cover file is in a format supported by the Meta platform (e.g., JPG or PNG) and meets other platform requirements, such as resolution and file size.

2. Replace the video cover:
   If the video cover is a black frame or invalid frame, replace it with a clear and compliant cover image. You can manually set the cover frame using video editing tools, upload a custom cover image, or use XMP's automatic cover selection feature to choose a suitable image from the candidate covers.

3. Refer to Meta official documentation:
   Review the Meta MAPI documentation on video covers to ensure the cover image meets the official requirements. These requirements include but are not limited to:

   • The cover image must be in a supported file format (JPG, PNG).
   • The cover image cannot be a black frame or invalid frame.
   • The resolution and aspect ratio of the cover image must match the video content.

4. Re-upload and push the material:

Failure Reason:
The current YouTube channel has reached its daily video upload limit and cannot upload new videos. This limitation is related to the channel's level and permissions.

Solution:

1. Wait for the limit to reset:
   YouTube's daily upload limit resets automatically at 16:00 GMT+8. It is recommended to try uploading again after this time.

2. Upgrade channel level:
   According to YouTube's official documentation, the following methods can help increase the daily upload limit:

   • Verify your YouTube account: Go to the YouTube verification page and complete phone verification. After verification, the daily upload limit will increase from 6 videos to 100 videos.
   • Maintain a good community guidelines record: Follow YouTube's community guidelines and avoid violations. Channels with long-term compliance may receive higher upload limits.
