I. Function Overview
The Media Creative Library function allows you to view creatives synced to XMP from different advertising accounts (such as Meta).

II. Core Value
- Cross-Platform Synchronization: Through the XMP creative library, directly synchronize and use existing creatives from your advertising platform accounts such as Meta, avoiding duplicate uploads.
- High-Efficiency Reuse: When creating ads on the XMP platform, you can directly call historical creatives from the creative library to quickly complete ad assembly and testing.
- Information Traceability: Clearly record the source, usage information, and related metadata (such as size and format) of creatives for easy analysis and optimization.
III. Operation Guide
1. Synchronize and Use Media Creatives
Synchronize Creatives: Manually synchronize creatives from your linked ad accounts (such as Meta Ads accounts).

When building ads in XMP:
- When creating or editing ads on the XMP platform, at the stage where you need to select creatives (e.g., creative groups), the system will provide an option to select from the "Media Library".
- After selecting, you can directly check the synchronized creatives and apply them to the new ad without having to re-upload them.
Filtering and Searching:
- Use the "Rejection Information" dropdown to filter by whether the creatives have been rejected.
- The default sorting is by "Creation Time (Newest to Oldest)" for easy access to the latest creatives.
2. Management

You can use the "Custom Columns" feature to decide which information to display.
- Locate and click the "Custom Columns" button in the upper right corner of the list view.
- Customize: Select the desired columns from the left (e.g., "Source" and "Rejection Information").
- Save View: After configuration, click "Save as Frequently Used Custom Columns" to save your personalized view for quick use later.

3. Other Operations
Batch Operations: Use "Select All" or manually select multiple creative to add batch annotations.

IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Why can't I find some Meta account creatives in the XMP creative library?
A1: Please ensure:
- The Meta ad account is correctly authorized and linked to the current XMP platform.
- The creative synchronization task has been successfully executed (this may take a short time).
- Check if the filter criteria (such as "Rejection Information") are filtering out the target creatives.
Q2: What is the purpose of the "Rejection Information" column?
A2: This column displays the reason why the creative was rejected during the ad platform's review process. Viewing this information directly in the creative library can help you quickly locate the problematic creative and understand the reason for rejection, facilitating timely adjustments or replacements to avoid impacting ad delivery.
Q3: What is the difference between "Owner Account" and "Using Account"? Which field in the XMP open interface does "Owner Account" represent? Is it possible for these two accounts to be different?
A3: They are basically the same. There is no API for this; you need to find the media outlets to retrieve it, as this is media creative.
