Creative Cropping

🙌Some advertisers lack dedicated design teams, resulting in a limited range of creative asset sizes that may not adequately cover the requirements of various advertising networks. By integrating Playturbo's cloud editing capabilities within XMP, you can directly adjust the size, duration, and other settings of creatives to meet the requirement of multiple networks, thereby enhancing your ad deployment and operational efficiency!

Feature Overview

1.Where to start:

1.1 Go to Tools > Creative Cropping > Click "New Task" 

1.2 In the Assets >Creative> XMP Library, select any creative and click "Batch Operations" > "Edit Creative"

• Only image and video type creatives are supported, trial playable creative is not yet supported.
• Only JPG/JPEG/PNG/MP4 format creatives can be selected.
• You can batch edit up to 50 creatives at a time.
• The file size of each creative must not exceed 500MB.

2. How to use:

2.1 Create an New Task

2.1.1 Access the Creative Editing page and click "New Task". Then upload the creatives you want to edit.

Target Folder: The edited creatives will be saved in the same folder as the original files, or you can specify a different folder.
Tag/Designer/Create Talent: Leave as original, or manually selection/auto-identification new tag, designer, and create talent information based on the file name (optional).
Creative Name: The edited file name will be the original name plus a size and duration suffix (e.g. original_1280x720_5s.mp4 for videos, original_1280x720.jpg for images).

 

 

2.1.2 Click "Next" to go to Playturbo page, select the desired advertising network and the corresponding creative placement size requirements. You can then adjust the size, background, and duration of the images and videos accordingly. Then click "Export".

2.2 Check Task Status and Creative Files

Click "Details" to view the editing content and processing status of each creative within the task.
Click "View Folder" to access the XMP library and navigate to the folder containing the edited creatives.

 

✍About permissions: Supervisors can view tasks created by their subordinates. Admins can view tasks created by all users in the company.

✍Creatives that have been edited or uploaded through the Creative Cropping feature will be marked with a Mindworks icon in the XMP Library, indicating they cannot be downloaded or exported. When batch downloading creatives, these Mindworks-edited assets should be skipped.
