👉Within the XMP’s Scheduled Report, you can leverage the Scheduled Reports feature to streamline your data analysis and optimization workflows. Simply configure the data dimensions, display arrangement, and report generation schedule based on your needs and strategies.
Once set up, the report will be automatically generated and sent to your email address at the scheduled time. This eliminates the need for manual data collection and report generation, allowing you to conveniently access the latest performance data and effectively monitor your ad campaigns.
Farewell to tedious tasks and effortlessly obtain the data reports you need to make informed decisions and optimize your advertising efforts!
Ⅰ Create Your Scheduled Reports
1.Click "Create" to begin.
💡 Access this feature under the "Tools" section, in the "Scheduled Reports" module.
2.Fill in Basic Information
💡 You can schedule the report to be generated daily, weekly, or on custom intervals.
3.Configure Data Card Content
💡In the data card settings, you can select multiple metrics to include in the report. You can add up to 5 data cards, allowing the email to contain summaries of 5 different report sections.
Report Types: Overall/Creative
Channels: Summary/Facebook/Google/TikTok/Kwai/Mintegral/AppLovin/Unity
Date Range: Single period/Comparison of different periods
Custom Filtering Dimensions/Filter by Metric
Sort: Ascending/Descending
Data Excerpts: Top 10/20/50 results
Ⅱ Receive Scheduled Reports
💡 After creating a scheduled report task:
You can choose to "Send now" to generate the selected data report summary right away. Check your designated email address to receive the report. Or, wait until the pre-set schedule time, and the report will be automatically sent to your designated email.

💡 On the Scheduled Reports page, you can perform the following management actions on the existing scheduled reports:
Operations: Edit, Copy, Delete
Download: Instantly download the report in XLSX format
Send now: Instantly generate the report and send it to the specified email
Detail: View the execution history of the scheduled report
Ⅳ Notes
💡The maximum number of scheduled reports allowed per company account is 10. Each scheduled report can have up to 5 data cards. If you need to increase these limits, please contact your account manager.
💡User Permissions
User Role | View Permission | Operation Permisson |
Admin & Sub admin | can view reports created by all users, both enabled and disabled, within the company | can view, edit, copy, delete the reports created by fellow users within the company. |
Media buy manager & Design manager | can view reports created by all users, both enabled and disabled, within their own team | can view, edit, copy, delete the reports created by fellow users within the team. |
Media buyer & Designer | can only view the reports they have created themselves. | can only view, edit, copy, delete the reports created by themselves |
*If a role is disabled, the scheduled report tasks created by that user will not be executed.
If a role is deleted, the scheduled reports created by that user will also be deleted.
