Tenjin API

1 Authorize Platform

1.1 You can add a Tenjin account in Management > Platforms > Add Platform.


1.2 Select Tenjin, API, and enter your API Token.  If the page displays "No data" after clicking "OK", please add your Apps.

2  Access Token

2.1 Click here to log in to Tenjin. After logging in, click AUTOMATE > API Access Tokens to obtain your token.

✍️Tips: If this feature is not available, please contact Tenjin operations team to help you resolve it.


2.2 Create Token: click "Access Tokens" > "New Access Token", enter your token name, and click “Generate Token".


2.3 Copy Token: click "Copy Token".

✍️Tips: About Token Permissions:

1. Please make sure that your Tenjin account has a non-Reports only role.

2. Please make sure that "Campaign Management API" and "Reporting Metrics API" have been granted permission. If not, please contact the Tenjin team for assistance.


3  Bind Apps

3.1 Open XMP, click Management > Platforms > App Binding > Select App


3.2 In App Binding, select the app you want to bind, and choose Tenjin as the "Bind Platform"

3.3 Select the Tenjin account you want to bind, and enter Android app package name and iOS app store ID.

4 View data

4.1 After the above steps, your data will be available for viewing in 2-3 hours.

4.2 Entrance: click Dash Doard / Promotion>Columns > Tenjin.

✍️Tips: You can only view the data after postback time.

5 Important Notes:

5.1 Due to limitations of the Tenjin API, your data may experience a delay of 2-3 hours.

5.2 All data is in the UTC+0 time zone and custom time zones are currently not supported.

5.3 Available Tenjin data:

5.4 If you have integrated a custom channel in Tenjin, please contact your account manager first.
