XMP Quick Started Flow Chart
📣The following instructions will guide you to quickly get started with XMP. Please follow the steps below to complete the preparations.
Step 1. Authorize Ad Accounts
After logging in to the XMP account, to achieve one-stop management of the entire platform, you need to bind the Ad accounts of each channel to the XMP account first.
Step guide: 【Management > Ad Accounts > Add】
Instructions:
1. Select the channel you want to add on the left, click 【Add】. It will automatically navigate to the media platform. log in to the account and give authorization.
⚠️After adding the Ad account, the data will be synchronized within 15-30 minutes, please wait a moment.

Step 2. Ads Management and Data Viewing and Analysis
After authorizing your Ad account, you can manage your ads and view advertising delivery data on the Ads Manager page.

Instructions:
1. Select the channel you want to view data on the left, and select different dimensions at the top, such as Product/Media buyer/Account/Campaigns/Ad Set/Creative to view data.
2. Click 【Create】 on the right to select different channels to start creating ads.

Step 3. XMP Library Sharing Management (uploading creatives)
Before creating Ads, you can create your XMP library first. The creatives only need to be uploaded once and can be placed on all channels. The creative library can be shared across teams.
Step guide: 【Assets > Creative > XMP Library > Upload】
Instructions:
1. Click 【Upload】 to upload creatives in bulk. At the same time, you can set custom labels such as Folders/Tag/Designer/Creator to achieve refined management of creatives.
2. Uploading local folders is allowed, and all subfolders and creative files within the folder will be uploaded.
3. The created libraries are on the left. Users with permissions can collaborate to upload and manage creatives in the Team Library.

Step 4. Create Campaigns in Bulk
You can create a large number of campaigns in multiple Ad accounts at one time to meet the batch creation needs of various scenarios.
Step guide: 【Ads Manager > Create】
Instructions:
1. Select the corresponding channel in the channel column and click 【Create】 to create new campaign.

Step 5. Team, Product and Platform Settings
5.1 Add Teams and Users
Step guide:
Create Team: 【Management > Teams> Create Team】
Create User: 【Management > Users > Create User】
Instructions:
1. Follow the prompts, fill in the team and user information to be created, and set the user login email. After the setting is completed, the filled-in email will receive the account activation email. Please log in to the email within 24 hours to check the email and complete the corresponding activation process.
2. Superiors can batch operate the information management of users under the team and enable or disable their status.
⚠️The email filled in is the account used by the user to log in to XMP. After activation, the password can be modified in the account settings.

5.2 Add Products
If you need to view data from the product dimension, or use Traffic, view back-end recycling data and other functions, you need to synchronize the products being launched to XMP.
Step guide:
Add products manually: 【Management > Products > Add App】
Add products in bulk: 【Management > Products > Sync From Ad Account】
Instructions:
1. For manual addition, you can follow the prompts to enter the product's URL/Name/and upload the App Icon. You can also choose to authorize the visibility range to the Company-wide, designated teams and designated users.
2. Add in bulk. After clicking 【Sync From Ad Account】, the system will automatically pull the App information. Click the corresponding box to modify it. If the image cannot be displayed normally, you can click the image to modify it.
3. Click 【Bulk Operation】 to modify the authorization scope of multiple products or delete the added App. Modifying the product authorization scope will overwrite the original settings.
4. After adding a product, it will automatically be associated with new and existing ads.

5.3 Add a Third-Party Attribution platform Account
If you need to view LTV, ROAS, retention and other back-end recovery data on XMP, you need to authorize the third-party attribution platform or monetization platform account after adding the product.
Step gide: 【Management > Platform > Add Platform】
Instructions:
1. According to the prompts, select the platform that requires authorization. The account name is used to identify the Adjust account. You can use the name of the platform or customize the name.
2. After authorizing the platform account, you can view various back-end data of the product in XMP, such as LTV, ROAS, retention, etc.
