Adjust API

XMP integrates with Adjust. You can view attribution data including ROI, LTV, ROAS, etc, from Adjust in real time and all in one place.

Step 1 Authorize platform

1. You can add an Adjust account in Management > Platforms > Add Platform.

2. Select Attribution > Adjust and enter your Account Name and API Token. If the page displays "No data" after clicking "OK", please add your Apps.

✍️Tips:
API Token: Adjust’s API service is only available to customers on Business Pro and above packages, if you don’t have access then this can be left blank and you can install data to XMP Postback only.

3. Save information and complete authorization.

Step 2 Bind Apps

1.Click Management > Platformd > App Binding

2.Click to Select App, select the app to be bound in the pop-up window, and select Adjust for the binding platform. The APP Token acquisition path is shown below, and you can select the time zone and attribution method as needed.

Tips: It is recommended to keep the time zone and attribution method consistent with the Adjust backend to avoid data discrepancies

（2）According to the data configuration items of the Adjust backend report, fill in the UTC offset, Attribution type, Attribution source, Attribution status, Ad Revenue Sources and other settings into the XMP backend to ensure that the data pulled by XMP is consistent with the Adjust backend.

3.Save the information to complete the app binding, and the platform management operation is done.

Step 3 View data

1. After completing the above steps, you can view the data within 2 to 3 hours.
2. Due to the update frequency limitations of the third-party API, Day N retention, revenue, and other user lifecycle data will align with the Adjust backend after 2-3 days.
3. The event metrics pulled by XMP are consistent with the same period cohort reports in the third-party backend, which capture event occurrence data after user activation.
4. To view the data, go to Ads Manager/Report/Traffic etc. > Columns > Adjust
