Ad Copy Library

I. Feature Introduction

 In a fiercely competitive environment, efficient ad copy has become a key variable determining the success or failure of campaigns. However, isolated and disorganized copywriting and management methods can lead to gaps in team experience, wasted testing resources, and unstable ad performance.

To address this issue, XMP introduces the "Ad Copy Library" feature. Its core lies in establishing a standardized process from creation and testing to analysis, transforming copy into a data-measurable and continuously optimized strategic asset. This not only systematically improves ad volume but also accumulates team wisdom, achieving the long-term goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

 

II. How to Upload Text

• Click “Add Text”
• Click “OK” to complete the upload

 

III. Management

1. Select a specific root directory to create a new folder. Permissions differ depending on the root directory.

• My Copywriting Library: Only "I" can view and access it.
• Corporate Copywriting Library: Company administrators/sub-administrators/optimization managers/design managers can create and manage the corporate copywriting library and set its sharing scope. Users with the appropriate permissions can collaboratively upload and manage copywriting within this corporate copywriting library.

 

2. Building a Copywriting Library & Folder Structure

• Categorize by Industry/Product
• Categorize by Copywriting Type (e.g., Opening Remarks, Success Stories)
• Supports creating multi-level folders. Open the existing copywriting library on the left and click "New Folder" to create up to 20 levels of folders.

3. Folder Location Change

• Subfolders in My Copywriting Library and Corporate Copywriting Library can be moved by dragging and dropping.

4. Other Operations

• More: Favorite, edit folder name or visibility, delete
• Batch Operations: Delete text
• Add Notes: Customize notes for your texts to help you efficiently manage different types of texts

 

IV. Data Analysis

1. One-click view of all text within a folder

• Check "Show subfolder text" to display all text within that folder, including all text within subfolders.

2. View Advertisement Data

• In the list view of the advertisement library, you can view the advertisement data for each ad.
• In the settings above, select the data time range.
