Event Management

This article will introduce you how to use XMP OceanEngine Event Management.

Function points

1. Supports synchronizing media created apps, assets, events, tracking link groups.
2. Support batch creation of asset, event, tracking link groups.
3. Supports pushing apps, assets, events, and tracking link groups across accounts.

Features

(1) Adding assets

Click Add Asset in the lower left corner of the page, and select the account and corresponding apps to which assets need to be added in the pop-up window.

iOS products

When creating an asset for an iOS product, you can choose to sync the entire product list to XMP. If there is no corresponding product in the drop-down list, you can click Sync from Ad Account on the Management-Product Management interface or add products manually.

In the pop-up window for adding assets, after selecting an iOS product, you need to confirm that whether the app name is the same with the app store. If they are inconsistent, you need to filter the corresponding products in the management>product management interface, click Edit and click Search in the product information interface to refresh the product name.

Android products

When creating Android product assets, only apps that have been created in the media account can be created. If there is no corresponding product in the drop-down list, you need to authorize the app to the corresponding account in the media background.

(2) Add events

Click Add event in the upper right corner of the page, select the account, asset, event name and event return method to be added in the pop-up window, and click OK.

Tips:Tips: For the same account and asset, the same event cannot be added multiple times.

(3) Synchronize media assets and events

Media assets and events will be automatically and manually synchronized. If manual synchronization is required, click the Sync Data button on the event management page.

The push function of assets, events, and tracking link groups is automatically completed in the ad creation interface.
